We hope this finds you and all well and thanks for taking the time to read this brief update.

For some of our North Island customers you will need to know that FramersBase will no longer be distributing our mouldings. All North Island orders will now be dispatched from our factory in Christchurch where they are manufactured. This will also apply to FLO orders. Our current customers are very pleased with how fast we get their orders to them and how competitive our freight costs are. We have some unfortunate staff news that we want to share. Stu our Factory Manager has had a health setback and needs to undergo surgery within the next month. Stu has known about this for some time and has done an excellent job of systemising procedures so the factory will operate effectively while he is away on extended sick leave. While Stu is away Brian in dispatch will be dealing with any specials so don't hesitate to ask for him. We will keep you posted on Stu's recovery.

As always we are pleased to be of service to the picture framing industry and value the business our customers bring to us.

Keeping our prices down has been important to us as however, recently our costs have crept up and at some stage soon we will need to review our prices in order to maintain our quality and service. We will keep you informed about this well ahead of time and we appreciate your understanding of this situation.

This newsletter is likely to be the last newsletter we send out in printed form.
