We thought it worthwhile to provide you with a quick update and follow-up to our last letter regarding the recent merger between Stanfordharts, Masterpiece and Larson Juhl and the termination our 10-year distribution relationship.

We appreciate the feedback we have received about this letter and thank you all for taking the time to read it and, in a lot of cases note your support. Now we are little further down-track things are staring to come together and we are pleased to inform you of the following:

Mel Gilmore from Stanfordharts has joined the Crawford team and will be running our new Chop-Service. Mel has been operating a Chop-Service for 3 years and will be able to provide you with the quality and service we strive for.

Our chop-service is now fully operational and we have a new free fax number for you to place your orders on - 0800framing or 0800 372 646. We are ready to take your orders now or answer your enquiries so don't hesitate to call us on 03 323 7354.

We are currently printing our Chop-Service Price Lists and also new Order Pads and hope to get this to you by post within the next 10 days or so.

We now take payments by credit card so don't hesitate to ask if this is your preferred method of payment.

As noted in our March letter we intend to phone each of you as soon as possible however, this is taking considerable time so thank you for your patience if we haven't spoken to you yet - it will happen. In the meantime should you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us.

From the phone calls we have made it is becoming apparent that there is some confusion about Samples. When we had a relationship with Stanfordharts they not only distributed our products but also undertook to distribute our Samples. In some cases businesses are not aware that they may have Crawford Moulding's Samples. To clarify who sample you have simply look on the back of your mouldings and whenever you see a moulding code that starts with CRAW; you know you have a quality product and a Crawford Moulding. If you don't have our samples and would like to, then please don't hesitate to contact us and we will arrange it.
Another piece of feedback we are getting is that some businesses believe Crawford's has 'pulled' some moulding products or is no longer able to supply them. Please be assured that Crawford Mouldings still manufactures and can supply the complete range of mouldings we have always supplied. Any mouldings included on our website or in our catalogue are available to you direct - so don't hesitate to contact us with your enquiry.
